No Refund Policy

All sales of premium subscriptions are final. JPEGShrink does not offer refunds for any premium subscription purchases, regardless of the reason or subscription type (monthly or yearly).

Why No Refunds?

Our premium subscriptions are priced affordably - $1.99 for 30 days or $10.00 for a full year. These low-cost models allow us to:

• Maintain high-quality service infrastructure
• Offer immediate access to premium features upon payment
• Keep administrative costs low and pass savings to users

Try Before You Buy

We encourage all users to try our free tier before upgrading to premium. The free tier includes:

• 10 compressions per day
• 50% quality compression
• 5MB file size limit
• Full access to basic compression features

Premium Features

When you purchase a premium subscription (monthly or yearly), you immediately gain access to:

• Unlimited compressions for your subscription period
• Custom quality control from 1% to 100%
• 50MB file size limit for large images
• Advanced optimization features
• Ad-free experience
• Priority processing

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with the service, please contact our support team at JPGHelpTeam@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Subscription Types & Renewals

Monthly subscriptions are valid for exactly 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no automatic renewals for monthly plans - you maintain full control.

Yearly subscriptions are valid for exactly 365 days and automatically renew each year unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your PayPal account, but the current subscription period is non-refundable.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Once a payment is completed and your premium subscription is activated, the transaction is final and non-refundable. This applies to both one-time monthly payments and recurring yearly subscriptions.

Cancelling Auto-Renewal

For yearly subscriptions with auto-renewal, you can cancel future renewals at any time through your PayPal account settings. Cancelling auto-renewal will prevent future charges but does not affect your current subscription period, which remains active and non-refundable.
