All sales of premium subscriptions are final. ImageCompress does not offer refunds for any premium subscription purchases, regardless of the reason.

Try Before You Buy
We encourage all users to try our free tier before upgrading to premium. The free tier includes:

- 50% quality compression
- 5MB file size limit
- Full access to basic compression features

When you purchase a premium subscription, you immediately gain access to:

Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties with the service, please contact our support team at support@imagecompress.app. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subscription Expiration
Premium subscriptions are valid for exactly 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no automatic renewals - you maintain full control over your subscription.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Once a payment is completed and your premium subscription is activated, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
