ImageCompress provides professional JPEG image compression services through our web platform. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed at $1.99 for 30 days and provide enhanced features including unlimited compressions, custom quality control, and larger file limits. Subscriptions automatically expire after 30 days.

6. File Storage and Privacy

Uploaded images are temporarily stored for processing and download purposes only. We automatically delete processed files after a reasonable period. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ImageCompress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
